The season kicks off with the renowned Mountainfilm festival in May. Celebrating its 35th birthday, Mountainfilm is one of the longest-running film festivals in the country and brings filmmakers from around the world to Telluride to showcase their latest works.
Want to see Telluride from a totally different view? The Telluride Balloon Festival takes off in the beg
inning of June and allows you to watch hot air balloons lift off from Town Park in Telluride and float over the valley for the entire weekend.
Is live music more your speed? Join us this summer for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, The Ride Festival, Telluride Jazz Festival or the Telluride Blues and Brews Festival, all of which bring nationally touring acts to Telluride for an amazing outdoor live music experience that is attended by thousands of people every summer.
